Job Summary:
We are looking for a passionate Soft Skills & Process Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, delivering, and evaluating training programs focused on soft skills, including communication, leadership, teamwork, emotional intelligence, and conflict resolution. Your goal will be to enhance the personal and professional growth of our employees, helping them succeed in their roles and contribute to the companys overall success.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and Develop Training Programs: Create engaging and interactive training materials (workshops, seminars, presentations) that align with organizational goals.
Deliver Training Sessions: Conduct face-to-face and/or virtual training sessions on soft skills topics such as communication, leadership, time management, and emotional intelligence. Additionally, conduct process related training.
Evaluate Training Effectiveness: Assess and monitor the progress of employees through feedback, post-training evaluations, and performance metrics.
Custom Training Solutions: Tailor training programs to meet the specific needs of different departments, teams, or individuals.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest soft skills training trends and techniques to ensure the content is relevant and impactful.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in any stream.
Experience: Proven experience as a Soft Skills Trainer or similar role. Experience in corporate training is a plus.
Minimum experience – 4 years as a trainer
Knowledge: Strong understanding of communication strategies, leadership principles, teamwork dynamics, and conflict management.
Skills:
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to design and deliver engaging training programs
Strong interpersonal and coaching skills
Proficiency with e-learning platforms and tools
