Employment Type: Fixed Term Contract

Locations: Jharkhand & Odisha

Purpose of the Role: Responsible for planning, implementation monitoring, and documentation of education programmes of TSF.

Key Deliverables:

  • Contribute to planning and implementation of education Proximate Community Development (PCD) Programs; Pre-matric coaching, IT & English learning program & other similar projects in the location.
  • Regular monitoring of education projects and preparing reports of the same.
  • Prepare and manage all relevant data, documentation & MIS with respect to all programs and activities done.
  • Tracking & monitoring of budget and expenditure of education projects in the location.
  • Coordinate with Block and district level government functionaries of education department.
  • Facilitate participation of PRI members in Education programs and events.
  • Ensure integration with other verticals of TSF for better coordination and implementation of education projects.

Work experience in years: 0-3 years

Minimum Qualification: Graduation. Those with Master’s degree or equivalent, with specialization in pedagogy/education stream shall be preferred.
