Job Title: Doubt Faculty – Associate Professor

About the Role:

The Doubt Faculty role is an integral part of our organization, dedicated to ensuring that students fully grasp course content. In this position, you will be responsible for resolving doubts related to lectures and slides on our PW platform, both in live and recorded classes. Your primary objective is to deliver high-quality doubt resolution that adheres to established guidelines, thereby enhancing the overall learning experience for students.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in live classes and promptly address doubts from students in assigned batches.
• Follow the provided guidelines for doubt resolution to maintain consistency and uphold quality standards.
• Monitor and track the resolution of doubts, ensuring that student queries are addressed in a timely manner.
• Solve allocated doubts within the minimum time required, ensuring efficiency in responses.
