Ray Academy is an education startup aiming to prepare students for various competitive examinations like UPSC/IAS exam, OPSC OAS exam, civil services exam etc.

We are looking for a full-time Academic/Admission Counsellor based in our Bhubaneswar office.

• The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the admission stages in educational institutions and must be able to sell various educational courses to students.
• They should be confident with building new student relationships and maintaining existing ones.
• They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills. Responsibilities:
• Responsible to manage & convert leads to admissions through sales and marketing.
• Build relationships with prospective students
• Maintain consistent contact with existing students
• Manage sales pipeline
• Analyze market and establish competitive advantages
• Track metrics to ensure targets are hit Qualifications:
• Strong negotiation skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Walk-In

Salary: ₹10,000.00 – ₹15,000.00 per month
