Sales Manager, Cricbuzz (TIL) – We are looking for an experienced business professional who has worked in digital
media ad sales. The candidate should have a great relationship with direct advertisers and agencies. He/ She
should be able to on-board new customers for Cricbuzz.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for revenue numbers from the assigned market/ clients.
- Target new customers and develop strong relationships with existing clients.
- Identify sales leads, prospects, and opportunities for business growth
- Understand the client’s business and identify marketing needs and pain points
- Develop proposals, make pitches, and close opportunities
- Have a strong understanding of company products, competition in the market, and positioning.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and agencies
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution and deliverables
- Monitor, analyze sales, and market trends and develop an effective strategic sales plan
- Consistently deliver sales targets every month and develop sales strategy by market
Prerequisites:
- The candidate should have a great relationship with mid & Senior executives in advertising agencies and brands.
- Should be able to open doors and conversations started with their experience
- Numbers-driven with strong analytical skills
- Knowledge of branding-driven digital advertising
- Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Collaborator and team player
- Detail-oriented, well organized with a good sense of responsibility
- Drives issues to closure, persists despite obstacles and ambiguities
- Proficient and advanced knowledge of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
