Senior Brand Manager B2B Foods Business
Main Purpose of Job
Delight target consumers, build strong brands and generate strong brand building results and lead the Marketing activities for the Foods Portfolio in the B2B business
Key Outputs
1. Chooses target consumers by using attractiveness and ability to win, develops consumer insight, understands target consumer perceived values of brands
2. Develops Brand Essence
3. Delivers tastiest and healthiest food/beverage experiences within brand portfolio in a way that contributes to CSV
4. Understands shopping behaviours and motivations of target consumers, helps design shopping experiences that delight consumers / shoppers. Develops brand portfolio strategy, contributes to pricing and promotional strategy, proposes brand portfolio for key channels and key customers
5. Develop and successfully execute Bigger, Bolder and Better innovation & renovation for her/his brands
6. Manages the development and execution of strong functionally aligned brand and ICP plans, responsible for the performance, health and strategic alignment with the MBS. Understands business impact and prioritizes PFME and TTS investment of her/his brands.
7. Responsible for the development of OBPs and Big Ideas, engagement strategies and the creation of attractive and rewarding brand experiences. Works in partnership with communication agencies and ensures all brand communication contributes to enhancing the company image of trusted NHW leader.
8. Demonstrate leadership and facilitate development of his/her team
9. Handling B2B customers and building the business
10. Category development in Foods catering to B2B clients
Key Experiences:
B2B experience and interest is critical for this role.
1. 2 Years managing a large B2B FMCG brand with P&L responsibility
2. 2 Years of experience in Sales
Education
2 year full time MBA is a must for this role.
