Position: Assistant Professor (Corporate Law)

Qualification: Ph.D. (preferred), LL.M (Corporate Law), LL.B

Key Responsibilities:

• Presenting lessons in a comprehensive manner.
• Should have proper knowledge of using visual/audio means of teaching-learning.
• Excellent research, writing, interpersonal skills and interested in publishing articles.
• Strong analytical, observational, and problem-solving skills.
• A good record of attending and convening conferences, Moot courts and academic events.
• Mentor and guide students in their academic and professional development.
• Maintain accurate record of students academic standing; promptly provide final grades, attendance, and other information as required by administration.

Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience after Ph.D.
