Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide leadership coaching to senior executives, focusing on personal growth, goal setting, and strategic planning.
- Develop and deliver customized training programs for behavioral skills development, soft skills training, competency building, and executive coaching.
- Collaborate with clients to identify areas of improvement and design tailored solutions to address them.
- Conduct one-on-one mentoring sessions with high-performing individuals to enhance their performance and potential.
- Design and implement effective communication strategies to improve team collaboration and conflict resolution.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 10-20 years of experience in business coaching or a related field (corporate training).
- Strong expertise in areas such as behavioural training, competency development, executive coaching, leadership training, leadership development, mentoring, personality development, soft skills training.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to engage audiences effectively through presentations/trainings/coaching sessions.
