Description:The role reports to the Zonal Academic Manager and is responsible for the academic program this includesproviding oversight, management and coaching to your team of teachers. In addition to regular classroomobservations, the Academic Manager is responsible for leading trainings, inductions & assisting with lessonplanning, with a variety of administrative duties. Someone who can motivate a team to provide fun,engaging and interactive learning experiences for their students.Key Responsibilities:Support School in curriculum implementation & supervisionEnsure Quality lessons are being delivered to the studentsSuggest strategies for improving efficiency & effectivenessPlanning and conducting teacher training programs at various centers.Preparing teacher training reportsForming a report of each participant based on their performance during teacher training.Visiting centers for quality audits and making a report for the sameDeveloped forms like quality check of centre, Audit, Teacher Training.Qualification & Requisite:M.Ed / B.Ed / Post Graduate/ Graduate / EECD with relevant experience of 1-7 years.Willingness to travel to geographical locations.Desired Skills & Qualities:Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skillsHigh level of focus on work/attention to detail and accuracyStrong Networking and Presentation SkillsExcellent Communication & Information Management skills.
