The Learning & Development Partner at IIFL Finance Limited, will support the Unsecured Lending and Gold Loan- MOHO Business teams. The role will be responsible for strategizing and managing the lifecycle (from concept stage to delivery and impact measurement) of learning in the assigned area of operation and help build capability through leaning programs that helps meet challenging

business goals and show measurable improvement in employee performance, behaviour, and organization culture.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Helping the business meet its objectives by developing & delivering high impact learning & development programs in line with business needs and organizational priorities.
  • Establishing strong partnerships with the business/functions to gain a strong understanding of current business challenges, people development needs and opportunities, as related to learning and development.
  • Reviewing and revising course materials to ensure they are in line with operating processes, procedures and systems.
  • Delivering and driving Induction/functional/Mandatory trainings across the business and working with various stakeholders to coordinate and organise training sessions.
  • Evaluating training effectiveness post completion of training and measure results and areas of improvements wherever required.
  • Conducting training workshops to ensure training scalability and effectiveness.
  • Understand the business gap by conducting timely TNA’s.
  • Collaborate with the stakeholder to identify to execute the learning calendar and schedule appropriate training sessions for various team members.
  • Responsible for disseminating communication, relevant analysis with stakeholders on the agreed upon frequency.
  • Project Manage various L&D initiatives and define clear goals, outcomes

Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in Learning and Development specifically in the area of sales and functional training.

Experience in the NBFC/Financial Services sector is preferred.

Prior sales experience would be an added advantage.

Education Qualification: Graduation in humanities/business administration/psychology/technology. Post-graduation will be an added advantage.

Candidates with L&D related certification will be preferred.
