ROLE OF DEPARTMENT
Talent Management involves strategies and frameworks aimed at developing and retaining talented staff members and focusing on delivering best possible employee experience. It focuses on effectively managing the employee life cycle, enabling a performance-driven approach to create a transparent and conducive environment. Through Talent Management, organizations can ensure they have the right people with the right skills in the right roles, fostering both individual and organizational growth.
MAIN TASKS, DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
a) Employee Engagement and adoption of tools to measure ENPS and satisfaction scores on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
b) Employee Relations- Grievance management within a stipulated time period with compliance to policies and law
c) Driving Performance Management analysis, Job design, Job description and specifications
d) Employee Retention and early warning system
e) Employee life cycle management in HRIMS
f) Policy implementation and education of all employees with help of tools and engagement activities
g) Organising reward and recognition
h) Consequence management, Documentation: issuing warning letters, initiating Performance improvement plan
i) Managing Exits: Conducting Exit interviews and surveys, providing feedback to stakeholders, creating intelligence and identifying the gap areas, preparing trend analysis, preparing strategic reports for internal teams
JOB SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS
a) Minimum Qualification: Post Graduate (MBA Preferred)
b) Years of Experience Range: 7+ years
c) Skills Required: Interpersonal skills, Excellent verbal and written communication, Excellent listening skills, excellent in understanding and implementing HR policies
- Competencies applicable: People Management, conflict resolution
