We are seeking a Pedagogy Expert to develop and enhance our curriculum for mental math and English speaking courses, as well as professional development (PD) programs. The ideal candidate will drive instructional excellence, foster student engagement, and train faculty to implement effective teaching strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

– Curriculum Development: Design and develo[ curriculum for Mental Math, English and PD courses.

– Instructional Design: Create strategies to enhance student learning and engagement.

– Teacher Training: Provide training on pedagogy, classroom management, and tech.

– Assessment: Develop tools to measure learning outcomes and instructional effectiveness.

– Research: Apply current educational research to improve teaching methods.

– Collaboration: Work with teachers and administrators to improve programs.

– Mentorship: Coach teachers for professional growth.

– Resource Development: Create and curate lesson plans and digital content.

– Quality Assurance: Ensure program quality and consistency; recommend improvements.
