Role & responsibilities

  • content Creation:
  • Develop and write comprehensive content for banking examination
  • Create engaging study materials, including notes, quizzes, MCQs, practice papers, video scripts, and mock tests.
  • Ensure content is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with the latest exam patterns
  • Curriculum Development:
  • Design and structure curriculum for different competitive exams, ensuring content covers all essential topics and subtopics.
  • Update and revise content regularly to reflect changes in syllabus, exam patterns, and current events.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and educators to refine and enhance the curriculum.
  • Content Review & Quality Control:
  • Review and proofread content to ensure high standards of quality, including grammar, clarity, and factual accuracy.
  • Maintain consistency in tone, style, and formatting across all content materials.
  • Implement feedback from peers, educators, and students to improve content quality and effectiveness.
  • Research & Analysis:
  • Conduct in-depth research on current events, historical facts, and exam trends to create relevant and up-to-date content.
  • Analyze previous years’ question papers and exam trends to predict and include important topics in the study materials.
  • Stay updated with the latest developments in competitive exams and educational methodologies.
  • Multimedia Content Development:
  • Collaborate with designers and video producers to create multimedia content, including video lectures, infographics, and interactive learning modules.
  • Develop content that is optimized for various platforms, including mobile apps, websites, and social media.
  • Student Engagement & Support:
  • Create engaging content that resonates with students and enhances their learning experience.
  • Address student queries related to GK & GS content through online forums, webinars, and other interactive sessions.
  • Gather and analyze feedback from students to continuously improve content delivery.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Educational Background:
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in a relevant field
  • Should attempted for Banking examination or Banking content development experience is must
  • A strong academic record, especially in Banking examinations
  • Experience:
  • 2+ years of experience in content development, teaching, or curriculum design, specifically for Banking examination
  • Prior experience with EdTech companies or online learning platforms is a plus.
  • Skills:
  • Strong command over the English language with excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of Banking examination
  • Familiarity with the latest exam patterns and competitive exam strategies.
  • Proficiency in using content management systems (CMS) and online learning platforms.
  • Ability to create content that is both engaging and pedagogically sound.
