• Provide direct client care in both 1:1 and group settings, utilizing intensive teaching and natural-environment training methods.
• Implement prescribed behavioral skill acquisition and behavior reduction protocols.
• Collect, record, and summarize data on observable client behavior.
• Assist with parent and caregiver training according to the client’s individualized treatment and behavior reduction protocols.
• Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers about client progress.
• Employ safe and appropriate handling procedures when working with clients.
• Maintain client confidentiality.
• Support Lead Behavioral Technicians, Behavior Analysts, and Pediatric Neurologists by preparing client materials as instructed.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and organized work and therapy environment.
• Collaborate with the treatment team, including clients, parents, caregivers, and external professionals.
• Enhance and update technical knowledge by attending required training sessions.
