The successful candidates will play a pivotal role in ensuring that students have a strong understanding of the subjects and are well-prepared for their respective entrance exams.

Key Responsibilities:

Lecture Delivery:

● Conduct engaging and informative lectures in Hindi and Hinglish for JEE/NEET/FOUNDATION courses.

● Effectively communicate complex concepts and theories in a manner that resonates with Hindi and Hinglish-speaking students.

● Utilize multimedia tools and teaching aids to enhance the learning experience. Curriculum Development:

● Collaborate with the curriculum development team to create and update course materials in Hindi and English

● Align lectures with the latest exam patterns and syllabi, ensuring that students are well prepared for their exams.

Student Engagement:

● Foster a positive and interactive learning environment that caters to Hindi speaking students.

● Conduct regular assessments, quizzes, and tests to evaluate student progress.

● Provide constructive feedback to students and support them in their academic growth.

Mentoring and Guidance:

● Offer mentorship and guidance to Hindi-speaking students, addressing their academic concerns and career aspirations.

● Conduct doubt-solving sessions and encourage open communication to facilitate effective learning.

Professional Development:

● Stay updated with the latest developments in the subjects and teaching methodologies relevant to JEE/NEET/FOUNDATION exams.

● Attend workshops, seminars, and training programs to enhance teaching skills, particularly in the context of Hindi language instruction.

Collaboration:

● Collaborate effectively with other faculty members and academic staff to improve overall program quality.

● Participate in faculty meetings and contribute insights for continuous improvement of teaching methodologies, with a focus on Hindi language instruction.

Compliance:

● Ensure adherence to all educational policies, standards, and guidelines, with specific attention to Hindi language instruction.

● Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and performance.

Qualifications:

● Master’s or Ph.D., B.Tech, B.SC, BDS, or BHMS degree in the relevant subject.

● Strong expertise in the subjects related to JEE/NEET/ FOUNDATION exams.

● Previous teaching experience, especially in coaching students for competitive exams, with a focus on Pure Hindi language instruction.

● Excellent communication skills in Pure Hindi.
