Responsibilities:

• Design, develop and implement employee training programs, including onboarding, product and role-specific training.
• Create engaging training materials, including videos, presentations, and other e-learning modules to improve learner engagement.
• Build assessment tools to evaluate learner knowledge retention and the application of knowledge in real-world job scenarios.
• Design and deliver training courses for management and leadership development.
• Analyze training effectiveness and make continuous improvements to training materials based on feedback and performance data.
• Collaborate with internal departments and stakeholders to identify training needs and align training programs with organizational goals.
• Apply instruction design principles to ensure effective knowledge transfer.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of employee training and organizational development experience.
• A Bachelors in HR, Psychology, Education or a relevant field.
• Proven experience in designing and delivering effective training programs, including instructional design expertise.
• Solid experience using e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate360 and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with an ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.
• Self-starter with a strong sense of urgency and prioritization skills.
