Job Description: Academic Counsellor (Female Candidates Preferred)

We are looking for dedicated and dynamic female candidates to join our team as Academic Counsellors at our Pallavaram office. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in converting student enquiries into business admissions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Convert Leads: As an Academic Counsellor, your primary responsibility will be to convert student enquiries into successful admissions, contributing directly to the growth of our business.
2. Counselling Students: Engage with prospective students to understand their educational goals and provide them with accurate information about our courses and programs.
3. Tele-calling Experience: Candidates with experience in making calls and managing tele-callers will be preferred. Your ability to communicate effectively over the phone is essential for guiding potential students and addressing their queries.
4. In-Office Requirement: This is an in-office position, and you will need to work from our Pallavaram location.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in academic counselling, sales, or tele-calling is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with students.
