We are seeking experienced and knowledgeable K-12 Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to join our team.

As a Subject Matter Expert, you will play a crucial role in providing expertise and guidance to

shape the development of high-quality educational content aligned with K-12 curriculum

standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

● Collaborate closely with curriculum developers, instructional designers, and content

creators to ensure educational content is accurate, aligned with curriculum standards, and

engaging.

● Review and evaluate existing educational materials to ensure accuracy, relevance, and

alignment with current educational trends.

● Provide expertise in K-12 subject areas, including curriculum content, learning objectives,

assessment strategies, and instructional methodologies.

● Contribute to creating and revising curriculum-aligned lesson plans, assessments,

activities, and multimedia resources.

● Offer insights into differentiated instruction, catering to diverse learning styles, abilities,

and needs of students.

● Stay informed about developments in K-12 education, curriculum standards, and

instructional technology to inform content development.

● Participate in meetings and discussions to provide subject-specific guidance and contribute

to improving educational materials.

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address any instructional challenges and ensure

the highest quality content

QUALIFICATIONS:

● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant subjects (e.g., Math, Science, English, Social

Studies).

● Extensive experience as an educator, curriculum developer, or subject matter expert in

K-12 education.

● Profound understanding of K-12 curriculum standards, learning objectives, and

instructional best practices.

● Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey subject-related

concepts and guidelines.

● Familiarity with diverse learning styles, differentiation strategies, and student-centered

approaches.

● Attention to detail and ability to critically review content for accuracy, alignment, and

educational value.

● Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within interdisciplinary teams.

● Familiarity with educational technology, digital resources, and e-learning platforms.
