Roles and Responsibilities
- Design and deliver training programs for corporates on Soft Skills, Personality Development, Behavioral Training, and English Language Training.
- Conduct needs analysis to identify gaps in employee skills and develop customized training solutions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their requirements and preferences.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging and effective learning materials.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback mechanisms.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 4-8 years of experience in corporate training or a related field (Soft Skills Training).
- Bachelor’s degree in Any Specialization (B.Tech/B.E., MBA/PGDM).
- Excellent communication skills with ability to train diverse audiences effectively.
