Project Role Description :Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

Job Requirements :
Key Responsibilities : 1 Assess/Analyse the training needs collated for the employees Identify internal and external training programs to address the training needs 2 Reach out to the stakeholder, capability leads to understand the details if trainings asked for 3 Communicate with the stakeholders inform employees about training options 4 Keep a regular track of the nominations completion of trainings 5 Track, maintain report employee training records 6 Understand work with allotted training budget

Technical Experience : Cloud Certified MS Office and good analytical thinking PPT or Presentations Power BI / Tableau

Professional Attributes : Excellent Delivery/ Facilitation and Communication Skills Knowledge of training methodologies and learning management systems Knowledge of training methodologies Knowledge of learning management systems Knowledge of competency management

Educational Qualification : Bachelors degree in a related field and proven experience Min 4-5 years experience in training

Additional Information : 7 Manage training certification and assessment 8 Manage the logistics for all the trainings
