Hi Everyone,

We are hiring for Admission Counselor!
This is a full-time on-site role for an Admission Counselor at Genixo Info Solutions Pvt. Ltd. located in Bengaluru. The Admission Counselor will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as communication, customer service, student recruiting, training, and sales.

Qualifications
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Experience in student recruiting and training
Strong sales skills
Ability to work well in a team
Experience in the education industry is a plus
Understanding of admissions processes
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

Basic Requirements:
Sales pitch to handle the customers perfectly.
Contacting the New & Existing students from the CRM and guiding them with the best options of courses and colleges
End- to-end assistance for student’s admission.
Updating the student’s feedback with all information in the CRM.
Building a strong rapport with all students and parents.
Ensuring excellent customer service to our students and parents.
Must have strong interpersonal & Communication skills.

Eligibility Requirements:

Graduate in any stream is preferable
Fluency in Telugu, Kannada are preferred.
