Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-8 years of experience as a teacher or educator in secondary education (CBSE board).
• Bachelor’s degree in Education (B.Ed) or equivalent qualification required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team; excellent coaching skills essential.
