Trainer IT domain is required in Reliance Jio, Navi Mumbai with minimum 3 years of experience in training delivery or similar role.

Should hold graduation degree in IT / Computers discipline with industrial experience of Identify, Prepare and Deliver the training on Programming Languages (Java, Python, C, C++), Databases (Oracle, MSSQL, Mysql), DevOps, Agile, IoT., Cloud (Virtualization, VNF, CNF) and Data science with good communication skills, energetic, positive and active mindset.Role & responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive training materials focused on Red Hat Cloud technologies, including presentations, hands-on labs, and supplementary resources.
• Deliver engaging and informative training sessions to individuals or groups, ensuring understanding and proficiency in Red Hat Cloud solutions/ Public cloud Solution.
• Customize training programs to meet the specific needs and skill levels of participants.
• Stay abreast of the latest developments, updates, and best practices in Red Hat Cloud technologies and incorporate them into training materials and sessions.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to ensure the accuracy and relevance of training content.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to participants, addressing questions and concerns before, during, and after training sessions.
• Assess the effectiveness of training programs through evaluations, feedback, and performance metrics. Continuously improve training materials and delivery methods based on feedback and evaluation results.
• Assist participants in preparing for Red Hat certifications or exams, if applicable, by providing guidance and resources.
• Maintain proficiency in related areas of information technology, such as Linux systems administration and virtualization technologies.
• Deliver trainings on the different Programming Languages, Databases, DevOps, IoT etc., working with the organization.
• Deliver training on Openstack, Openshift, Cloud Native , VNF, CNF solutions, technology, Management , Orchestration
• Deliver training on ML and data science /data analytics techniques using Python, Anaconda etc.

Preferred candidate profile

• Extensive experience in information technology with a focus on Red Hat Cloud solutions and technologies.
• Proven track record in designing and delivering effective training programs, preferably in a corporate or educational setting.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly and concisely.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups of individuals.
• Passion for teaching and helping others learn, coupled with patience and empathy.
• Proficiency in using training tools and technologies, including virtual classrooms, learning management systems (LMS), and multimedia resources.
• Flexibility to adapt to different learning styles and preferences.
• Willingness to stay updated on industry trends and advancements in Red Hat Cloud technologies.
• Should have experience in Databases (MYSQL, MSSQL Oracle, MongoDB, Hadoop etc.)
• Should have experience in DevOps, Agile, IoT and latest IT technologies.
• Should have experience of Training delivery with a service provider or any other company
• Excellent team player with good Oral and Written presentation skills.
• Highly developed skills in knowledge sharing by actively contributing knowledge, learning contents, experience and skills to create learning Culture & their implementation
• Should have good knowledge of the Microsoft office and online training tools like Microsoft Teams, etc.
• Knowledge on Openstack, Openshift, Cloud Native , VNF, CNF solutions, technology, Management , Orchestration, RadHat, GCP, Azure , Amazon cloud framework and solutions
• Knowledge on ML and data science / data analytics techniques using Python , Anaconda
