We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Spoken English Faculty member for a short-term contractual position.

*Position:* Spoken English Faculty

*Type:* Contractual (1 Month, May extend as per requirements

*Location:* Vestor College of Management, Zero Mile, Patna.

*Job Responsibilities:*

– Conduct engaging and interactive spoken English classes for students.

– Develop lesson plans and teaching materials that cater to the diverse learning needs of students.

– Assess students’ proficiency levels and provide constructive feedback to help improve their language skills.

– Organize and facilitate group discussions, debates, and presentations to enhance students’ communication abilities.

– Assist students in preparing for interviews, public speaking, and other communication-related activities.

– Collaborate with other faculty members to integrate language learning with the overall curriculum.

– Maintain accurate records of student attendance and progress.

*Qualifications and Experience:*

– Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English, Linguistics, Education, or a related field.

– Proven experience teaching spoken English, preferably at the college level.

– Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken.

– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

– Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.

– Flexibility and adaptability to cater to the needs of students from diverse backgrounds.
