Qualifications/ Skill
- Bachelors/Masters degree in English, B.Ed., or Journalism/Mass Communication with excellent command over English
- Certification in Instructional Design will be an added advantage
- Prior experience in leading end to end online course development lifecycle
- 2+ years of experience in either professional training and development or instructional/curriculum design
- Exhibit superior English writing, editing skills, and oral/written communication skills
- Ability to grasp concepts/processes quickly and make them easily understandable in text and images/animation
- Demonstrate strong analytical skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a high-performing team with shared goals
- Proficient in the use of MS office suite (PPT, Word, Excel) and should be able to create/ edit documents, make PPTs, etc.
- Coordinates online instructional design projects from inception to completion
- Assists in the development of online instructional strategies, course materials, and assessments in accordance with research best practices
- Understanding of ADDIE education methodology
- Experience using authoring tools such as Adobe Captivate, ISpring Suite, etc
Who can apply?
Must have
- At least 3+ years experience in leading end to end online course development lifecycle
- Masters degree
- Excellent English language skills (reading, writing, speaking)
- This is a remote position, so ability to work remotely.
Nice to have
- Experience in the online education industry is preferred.
- Experience in Early childhood education
- Experience working with US-based clients.
