Role & responsibilities

The Master Trainer (Mathematics) will review any existing course material, (re)design and relaunch the programme for government school teachers and where required. The person appointed will be responsible for the delivery and modification of the

programme course content, designing presentations and creating training manuals and materials.They will also be responsible for the training and development of programme facilitators and will ensure high-quality delivery.

Preferred candidate profile

• A minimum of five years of relevant experience.
• A Masters degree or higher in Mathematics Instructional Design.
• Experience in course development and instructional design skills.
• Familiarity with adult teaching and learning in numeracy and mathematics.
• Experience in the monitoring and evaluation of programmes
• Experience in conducting programme evaluation or educational research
• Excellent communication skills, both in spoken and written English
• Experience of teaching in multilingual, multi-cultural settings of the Indian context
