  • Facilitating professional development for staff to enhance teaching practices
  • Managing school budget and resources effectively

  • Evaluating and evolving educational programs and assessment methods
  • Implementing and enforcing school policies and procedures
  • Resolving conflicts and disciplinary issues among students and staff

Required Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Education or related field
  • Minimum 10+ years’ experience as a Principal or Vice Principal in a CBSE school
  • Demonstrated success in leading and managing educational institutions
  • In-depth knowledge of the CBSE curriculum and educational best practices
  • Proven track record of improving academic outcomes and student achievements
  • Strong understanding of educational technology and its integration into teaching
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to inspire and motivate students, staff, and the community
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and education governance
  • Strategic planning and decision-making abilities
