Key Responsibilities
- Establishing and executing the school’s vision and development plan
- Ensuring adherence to CBSE curriculum and standards
- Leading, managing, and coaching teaching and non-teaching staff
- Overseeing student discipline, welfare, and progress
- Engaging with parents, fostering positive relationships, and addressing concerns
- Facilitating professional development for staff to enhance teaching practices
- Managing school budget and resources effectively
- Supervising extracurricular and co-curricular activities
- Evaluating and evolving educational programs and assessment methods
- Implementing and enforcing school policies and procedures
- Resolving conflicts and disciplinary issues among students and staff

Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Education or related field
- Minimum 10+ years’ experience as a Principal or Vice Principal in a CBSE school
- Demonstrated success in leading and managing educational institutions
- In-depth knowledge of the CBSE curriculum and educational best practices
- Proven track record of improving academic outcomes and student achievements
- Strong understanding of educational technology and its integration into teaching
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and education governance
