Job Description
Role & responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive training modules to deliver new product training to employees
- Develop content and provide sales training to existing and new employees
- Ensure learning support to existing employees in terms of upselling skills.
- Train the trainer for the cross functional employees on products if needed.
- Facilitate the soft skills training as and when required.
Preferred candidate profile
- 3+ years in the education industry is a must.
- 7+ years of overall experience in training and development.
- Significant experience in creating training content.
- Good analytical & reporting skills
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Ready to travel if required.
