Job Description
1. Staff Training and Development:
- Conduct training sessions for new hires and ongoing training for existing employees.
- Ensure all staff are proficient in food preparation, safety standards, and customer service.
2. Operational Standards:
- Monitor and ensure compliance with Subway’s operational guidelines and standards across.
- Conduct regular audits and evaluations of store performance and staff adherence to protocols.
- Provide feedback and action plans to address any areas of improvement.
3. Support and Guidance:
- Serve as a resource and support system for store managers and staff within the cluster.
- Assist in resolving operational challenges and customer service issues.
4. Performance Tracking:
- Track and analyze key performance metrics for each store in the cluster.
- Report on training progress, operational compliance, and overall store performance.
5. New Store Openings:
- Assist in the setup and training for new store openings within the cluster.
- Ensure new locations are fully operational and staff are well-trained before the grand opening.
6. Leadership and Communication:
- Foster a positive work environment and encourage teamwork and collaboration among staff.
- Communicate effectively with store managers, franchise owners, and corporate representatives.
7. Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated on Subways new products, promotions, and procedures.
- Implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance training programs and operational efficiency.
