Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet clients and visitors in a professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and efficient manner
- Handle inquiries and provide information to clients and visitors
- Manage appointments and maintain the reception area
- Process and distribute incoming and outgoing mail
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry and filing
- Maintain office supplies and equipment
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations
- Handle ad-hoc tasks to support the smooth functioning of the office
- Adhere to security protocols and maintain a safe environment
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a receptionist or customer service role
- Proficient in MS Office and administrative software
