Job Description:

1. Ensure Smooth Employee Lifecycle Management (Post Onboarding) for the 3500+ On-roll Employees in the State
2. Lead Employee Engagement, Career Development, Performance Management, Operational Aspects
3. Provide ongoing support on HR related matters (Attendance/Payroll), policies and procedures.
4. Identify Talent gaps on ongoing basis and define internal recruitment strategy.
5. Create and implement innovative solutions for employee engagement.
6. Identify and analyze business trends and provide recommendations.
7. Prepare reports > Perform analysis of data (Attrition / Performance / Score card) > Publish Reports
8. Conduct training need analysis and cascade information to employees.
9. Align with business to implement talent engagement and development, initiatives.
10. Enable the geography team by cascading relevant insights, trends, and key learnings.
11. Connect with employees to understand their challenges and define, development plan.
12. Partner with business on workforce planning and identification of required capabilities and skills.
