Key Responsibilities

• Greet and escort customers to their tables
• Present menus and help customers select food and beverages
• Take accurate food and drinks orders
• Deliver food and drinks to tables in a timely manner
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
• Attend to customer requests and concerns in a courteous manner
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area
• Assist in setting up tables and decorations for special events
• Upsell additional products when appropriate
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately
• Collaborate with other restaurant staff to provide excellent service
