Job Description: Immigration Specialist
Location :Remote/WFH (for Vancouver office)
Work from Home schedule: 9:00pm to 5.30am (to match our Vancouver office time)

Job Overview
The Immigration Specialist will play a crucial role in our team, handling a variety of tasks related to immigration services. This role requires an individual who can manage administrative duties, respond to client inquiries, process immigration applications, and work with educational institutions for study permits and related matters. Additionally, the candidate will perform reception duties, handle inbound calls through VOIP systems, and make follow-up calls to leads and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Reception Duties:
– Answer and manage inbound calls professionally.
– Greet clients and visitors virtually, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued.
– Manage and respond to inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
2. Client Interaction:
– Make follow-up calls to leads and existing clients.
– Provide information and support to clients regarding immigration processes.
– Maintain and update client records in our database.
3. Immigration Services:
– Assist clients with the preparation of immigration applications after review by RCICs
– Monitor application statuses and provide updates to clients.
– Ensure all documentation is complete, accurate, and submitted within deadlines.
4. Administrative Tasks:
– Manage and organize client files and documentation.
– Prepare and send correspondence to clients and authorities.
– Schedule appointments and manage calendars for consultations.
5. Educational Liaison:
– Work with colleges and universities for study abroad and study permit-related matters.
– Assist clients in applying for study permits and coordinating with educational institutions.
– Provide information on educational programs and requirements.
6. Client Support:
– Respond to client inquiries and provide timely updates on their cases.
– Ensure a high level of client satisfaction by providing excellent customer service.
– Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients.
7. Other duties;
As assigned by Management
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree
– Proven experience in immigration services, visa filing, legal assistance, or a related field.
– Strong understanding of immigration laws and procedures.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Excellent English Communication, written, spoken, listening, and reading is a requirement)
– Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
– Proficient in MS Office and client management software.
– Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
– Ability to work independently
