The Role Reporting to India Vice President, the Recruitment Director India will be accountable for the acceleration of the growth of India as the core of the GSP strategic source markets. You will drive product adoption, market penetration, significant top line growth, ongoing margin maintenance and improvement and operational profitability.
In this role, you will:
• Develop a growth strategy that positions GSP as a global international student recruitment industry leader across India and
• Review and build an outstanding sales and delivery team – recruit, induct, train and manage GSP India sales and marketing staff In North India.
Role KPI’s:
• Applications, deposits and new student numbers
• Implementation of the regional people plan
• Number of active agents, agent satisfaction
• Productivity of agents
• Number of sales events
• Conversion of direct leads
