Greetings of the day!
We are seeking a highly skilled experienced Process Trainer for our BPO Operations. The ideal candidate should have maximum 3 years overall experience with at least 1 years of experience as a Process Trainer.
Responsibilities:
- Should be Well Versed with Excel
- Design, create, and update training materials, modules, and resources that address specific soft skill needs within the BPO industry context.
- Experience in BPO Sector Preferred.
- Maintain accurate training records, attendance sheets, and assessment results to track progress and generate reports for management.
- Regularly review and refine training materials based on feedback, industry changes, and emerging training needs.
Preferred candidate profile
- Must be a Graduate.
- Must have Overall 3-5 Years Experience
- Must have 1 Years Experience as soft skills Trainer
- Should be Comfortable with Gurgaon location
