About the Learning and Development Specialist position
We are looking for a skilled Learning and Development (L&D) professional to help our employees advance their skills and knowledge. Your goal will be helping our company succeed by training and developing its personnel.
We expect you to be passionate about helping people learn and grow and to possess excellent communication skills. You should also have experience designing e-learning courses and managing budgets.
Responsibilities
-Designing and developing comprehensive training curriculums
-Researching and monitoring the latest industry trends in soft skills training
-Ensuring a smooth execution of the program by liaising with external teams, rack vendors or supporting organizations
-Analysing and evaluating the trainer programs to make sure they are consistent with the curriculum
-Analysing and reporting on the efficiency of the training programs
Skills & Requirements
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Excellent problem-solving and organizational capabilities
-Highly creative with a passion for learning and teaching
-Be able to motivate, engage and inspire trainees
-Experience in developing and delivering training content
-Minimum college degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources or related field
-Experience in human resource management or recruiting
-Certifications in core soft skills (leadership, communication, negotiation, etc.)
-Knowledge of current trends in the HR industry
