• 3+ years of experience in Process Training.
• 3-4 years of experience in reputed BPO.
• Should be able to explain Throughput, OJT, Nesting, Briefing and Auditing on floors & class room training.
• Plan batches w.r.t NHTs and Refresher trainings for the projects assigned.
• Should be aware of TNA, TNI.
• Review Existing Training Materials and Identify need for updating the same. Should be able to create new content as and when necessary
