As Head of Curriculum for the Educator Program, you will be overseeing the design | development | delivery of the training programs for Firstcry Intellitots Preschools ecosystem.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Curriculum – Academic Delivery. As the Head of Curriculum, you will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks associated with curriculum planning and development. You will lead a team in designing and implementing academic programs, ensuring that they align with the organization’s goals and objectives. This role requires strong program management, people management, consulting, team management, and project management skills.

• Strong people management and team management skills
• Experience in curriculum planning and development
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in the education industry as well as understanding of the various pedagogical practises.
• Master’s degree in Education, Curriculum Development, or related field
