Objective of role:
As a Retail Experience Manager, you will lead the charge in creating an exceptional showroom experience for potential buyers and visitors. Your mission is to elevate our brand, drive customer satisfaction, and boost Net Promoter Score (NPS) metrics. Roles and Responsibilities:
- Showroom Excellence:
- Design and implement strategies to create a world-class showroom experience.
- Ensure the showroom ambiance aligns with our brand values.
- Train and coach showroom staff on customer engagement and product knowledge
Customer Experience Enhancement:
- Implement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Collect feedback and address any issues promptly.
- Create memorable interactions that encourage brand loyalty.
Visual Merchandising:
- Curate an appealing showroom layout.
- Highlight key features and benefits through visual displays.
- Ensure proper signage and branding.
Customer Engagement & Product Knowledge
Capability building within the sales team to manage and monitor the desired experience at retail
- Quality manpower deployment, to ensure quality engagement in the showrooms
NPS Metrics :
- Drive both Buyer and Non-Buyer NPS scores.
- Proactively seek feedback from customers and address concerns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote NPS surveys.
