Job Title: Education and Talent Development Manager

Job Summary:
The Regional Trainer develops and delivers training programs for retail staff to ensure they provide exceptional customer service, drive sales, and effectively represent the brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and update training materials tailored to the region’s needs.
- Ensure content reflects new product launches, industry trends, and brand initiatives.
- Conduct engaging training sessions for store staff.
- Utilize in-person workshops, e-learning modules, webinars, and hands-on demonstrations.
- Stay current with all brand products, including ingredients, benefits, and usage.
- Educate staff on the latest product launches and promotions.
- Train staff on effective sales techniques and customer engagement.
- Implement strategies to enhance the customer shopping experience and drive sales.
- Provide coaching on up-selling, cross-selling, and managing customer inquiries and complaints.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics.
- Monitor the performance of trained staff and provide additional coaching or follow-up training as needed.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on training activities and participant progress.
- Work with store and regional managers to identify training needs.
- Support new store openings and staff on boarding with comprehensive training plans.
- Collaborate with the national training team to ensure consistency in training delivery across regions.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor training programs, and best practices.
- Seek feedback from trainees and stakeholders to improve training programs.
- Attend professional development workshops to enhance personal skills and knowledge.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in education, training and development, business, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in retail training, preferably in the beauty or skincare industry.
Skills:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in training software and e-learning platforms.
- Ability to travel within the region as required.
- Passion for beauty and skincare products.
