So, what’s the role all about?

NICE Actimize University is responsible for development and delivery of training content for Actimize employees, clients and partners. This includes Actimize platforms and solutions training as well as specific initiatives, in multiple formats, e.g. Virtual Instructor Led (VIHT), Instructor Led Classroom, and eLearning Training. The Instructional Content Developer will need to work closely with all the stakeholders within the organization to build the content for a global audience and with primary focus on developing eLearning Training.

How will you make an impact?

  • Design, develop, and implement learning solutions using online, instructor-led, live-virtual, and blended learning approaches
  • Create engaging learning activities and compelling course content that enhances retention and transfer
  • Work with subject matter experts and identify target audience’s training needs
  • Recommend changes to existing courses, including technology or instructional methods, to better adhere to delivery options for the course
  • Conduct instructional research and analysis on learners and contexts
  • Apply tested instructional design theories, practice, and methods
  • Create supporting material/media (audio, video, simulations, role play, gamification, etc.)
  • Support and enable informal learning through a variety of technologies
  • Maintain project documentation and course folders

Have you got what it takes?

  • 5-10 years’ industry experience preferred . Should have an aptitude to develop content
  • Expertise in eLearning tools like Camtasia, Articulate
  • Expertise in Visual design skills and ability to storyboard
  • Some programming skills (using either C/ C++/ Java/ .NET/ Python / or any similar language)
  • Experience with instructional technology/media tools (i.e., Storyline, Camtasia, Adobe Creative Suite) and online learning development methods.
  • Good to have: Solid knowledge of course authoring tools and at least one Learning Management System
  • Good to have: Experience with SCORM packaging
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Strong relationship-building, collaboration, and written/verbal communication skills. Quick learner.
  • Good understanding of a complex and global business environment
  • English fluency at mother tongue level
