As the Preschool Admission Officer, you will act as the vital link between prospective parents, teachers, and the Preschool Director, facilitating clear communication and coordination throughout the inquiry and enrollment process. Your efforts will help create a seamless experience for families considering our pro
grams.

Inbound Lead Man
- agement:Handle all inbound leads and queries related to our preschool, daycare, and other p
- rograms.Provide detailed information about our services, addressing any questions or concerns from prospective
- parents.Nurture leads by maintaining consistent and informative communication to build trust and understanding of our of
ferings.Product Explanation and Nu
- rturing:Clearly and effectively explain the benefits and features of our preschool, daycare, and other p
- rograms.Develop personalized nurturing plans to guide potential clients through the decision-making
- process.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all programs and services to accurately and confidently communicate wit
h leads.Centre
- Visits:Periodically visit our centres to gain a comprehensive understanding of our facilities and p
- rograms.Assist in organizing and conducting tours for prospective parents, showcasing our centres and addressing any in
- quiries.Collaborate with centre staff to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is shared with prospective
clients.High Intent Lead Nu
- rturing:Focus on creating high intent and nurturing inbound queries to convert them into scheduled
- visits.Utilize CRM tools to track and manage leads, ensuring timely follow-ups and consistent commun
- ication.Implement strategies to increase the likelihood of conversion from inquiry to schedule

Quali
