• Conduct new hire training.
• Conducting refresher training session & skill development programs
• Regular coaching as per training needs.
• Performance evaluation of trainees.
• Conducting Sales Training at regular intervals of time.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Graduate with 4-6 years of experience as a trainer/sales or process trainer.
• Candidate should be open to travel.
• Should be presentable.
• Good communication skills & having good command on PPTs preparation.

Candidate should be OK for 6 days working.
