Position Overview:
As a Trainer, you will play a pivotal role in building and enhancing the skills of both new hires and tenured admission counselors. Your primary responsibility will be to facilitate training sessions aimed at developing soft skills, communication abilities, conversation techniques, and questioning proficiency. Collaborating closely with business heads, subject matter experts (SMEs), and leaders, you will curate relevant content, design training programs, and measure their effectiveness to ensure alignment with organizational goals. Additionally, you will be responsible for conducting lateral and leadership training sessions to nurture talent and foster growth within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Training Development and Delivery:
- Design and deliver comprehensive training programs focusing from the Front line to Leadership and the Entire Organization
- Facilitate sessions on soft skills, communication, conversation dynamics, and effective questioning strategies.
- Conduct lateral and leadership training sessions to develop talent and promote career progression within the organization.
Content Curation and Support:
- Collaborate with SMEs and leaders to develop and curate training materials, including product content, assessments, reading materials, etc.
- Provide ongoing support to the business by ensuring the availability of relevant training resources.
Training Effectiveness Measurement:
- Develop and implement mechanisms to measure the effectiveness of training programs.
- Prepare and publish reports on training outcomes for stakeholders, identifying areas for improvement.
Training Planning and Coordination:
- Prepare training plans and schedules, ensuring alignment with business needs and operational requirements.
- Publish training calendars and manage time effectively to meet training objectives.
Process Enhancement and Redesign:
- Redesign the new hire training process to enhance the readiness of admission counselors for sales, aligning with business goals.
Floor Coaching and Transition Support:
- Provide floor coaching and guidance to new hires, ensuring a smooth transition to the sales environment.
- Training needs Analysis, Training the trainer, Manager, and second line.
- Conduct regular refresher training sessions on call handling, product knowledge, and sales techniques.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 8+ Years of experience as a Trainer.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities.
- Ownership mentality with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Initiative and self-starter mindset, capable of working independently.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi languages.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Prior experience in training and development, preferably in B2C Inside Sales.
- Familiarity with training calendar publishing and coordination.
- Experience in conducting lateral and leadership training sessions to foster talent development and career progression.
