Role & responsibilities:
Training Program Development:

- Design, develop, and update comprehensive web development training programs.
- Ensure training content is current, relevant, and aligns with industry standards.
Conduct Training Sessions:

- Use a variety of instructional techniques and formats to accommodate different learning styles.
Mentorship and Guidance:

- Provide mentorship and guidance to students, helping them understand complex web development concepts.
- Assist students in their projects and practical assignments.
Assessment and Evaluation:

- Develop assessment tools to evaluate student progress and program effectiveness.
- Provide constructive feedback to students to enhance their learning experience.
Leadership and Management:

- Lead the training department, manage training schedules, and coordinate with other departments.
- Mentor junior trainers and provide support in their professional development.
Industry Collaboration:

- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
- Collaborate with industry experts to bring real-world insights into the training programs.
Administrative Duties:

- Maintain records of training activities, student progress, and feedback.
- Prepare reports and presentations for management review.
Preferred candidate profile:
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and popular web development frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
- Experience with backend technologies (e.g., Node.js, PHP, Python) and databases (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB).
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
