Key Responsibilities

Need to handle conversations using available channels/medium of communication, Social Media, call, chat, email, e-meet etc.

Handling customer concerns and complaints in a timely manner. Agent requires to provide prompt, precise and significant work for our clients.

Agent should maintain the quality of responses.

Agent should be able to meet the set KPIs and quality of interaction with zero or minimum customer escalation.

Need to Develop Healthy Customer Relationship and Acts as a Customer Advocate. Encourages Customers to Upgrade their Products.

Tools and channels used by the agents: Tools: Zendesk, admin, google sheets, Metabase links, JIRA, Google meet, Slack etc

Skills Required

We are looking for 1- 2 years of experience.

Excellent interpersonal and written and oral communication skills. Ability to multi task

Microsoft Excel and google suite

Knowledge of CRM systems.

Skills: chat,email,customer support,customer care
