Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Center Head at Beginners World Preschool. The Center Head will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the preschool, including overseeing curriculum implementation, staff management, parent communication, and ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for the children. The Center Head will also be responsible for maintaining compliance with regulations and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth among the staff.

• Experience in early childhood education and management
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of child development principles and best practices
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with parents, staff, and the community
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to create and implement effective curriculum
• Understanding of regulatory requirements and ability to ensure compliance
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
