· Review all collated guest comments / feedback for the previous month. Conduct a trend analysis of the Revinate scores of the past 3 months. Incorporate the areas of improvement through internal / external audit observations. Define the areas of focus for training in the departments and review with supervisor. Prepare the training calendar for the departments.
· Develop the training content for the delivery of the training topics. Coordinate with departmental and external trainers for developing / customizing the content based on the training needs.
· Keep a follow up of execution of the training calendar by all departments. Collate the training actualization sheet and share it with departments for proper adherence of the calendar. Execute the corporate training calendar by scheduling the dates, time, venue and proper participation of the hotel in the training programs. Be a part of the trainings carried out by the departmental trainers to ensure quality. Conduct induction programs, cross exposure training, mandatory training sessions, soft skills training and all other trainings as per monthly plans.
· Select the colleges for the recruitment of trainees through a list of colleges available. Liaise with the placement coordinator of the college for the dates of recruitment. Conduct the recruitment along with superior/ individually as required, as per the schedule. Shortlist candidates for the final round. Send the letter of selection to the college asking for confirmation of the joining of the selected candidates.
· Ensure SOPs for the department are adhered to and create action plans for achievement of defined targets. Suggest process improvements to supervisor as and when required.
· In addition to the above mentioned duties and job functions, any other assignment given by the management within the scope of job.
