Key Responsibilities:
Leadership and Management:
● Provide visionary leadership and effective management of the ITI Training Center.
● Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve the institute’s goals and objectives.
● Foster a positive, inclusive, and collaborative environment for staff and students.
Academic and Training Programs:
● Oversee the development, implementation, and evaluation of training programs.
● Ensure that all programs meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.
● Promote innovative teaching methodologies and the use of modern technology in training.
Staff Management:
● Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate teaching and administrative staff.
● Provide professional development opportunities and support for staff.
● Ensure that staff adhere to policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
Student Affairs:
● Ensure the well-being and development of students.
● Implement student support services, including career counseling and placement assistance.
● Maintain high standards of discipline and academic performance among students.
Operational Management:
● Oversee day-to-day operations of the center, including budgeting, resource allocation, and infrastructure maintenance.
● Ensure the center’s facilities are safe, well-maintained, and conducive to learning.
● Manage financial resources effectively, including funding, grants, and donations.
Industry and Community Engagement:
● Facilitate industry linkages for student internships, apprenticeships, and job placements.
● Represent the ITI Training Center at public events, meetings, and forums.
Compliance and Reporting:
● Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and accreditation standards.
● Prepare and submit required reports to regulatory bodies, funding agencies, and other stakeholders.
● Conduct regular reviews and audits to maintain high standards of training and administration.
Strategic Development:
● Identify opportunities for growth and development of new programs.
● Stay informed about industry trends and changes in the educational landscape.
● Implement strategies to enhance the center’s reputation and visibility.
