Job description:-
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive learning and development strategy aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
Program Design: Design innovative and engaging learning programs tailored to the needs of employees across corporate offices and plant locations.
Curriculum Development: Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop relevant and effective training materials, resources, and curriculum.
Delivery and Execution: Oversee the delivery and execution of learning initiatives, ensuring high-quality facilitation, and adherence to timelines and budgets.
Training Evaluation: Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs through feedback mechanisms, assessments, and performance metrics, and make necessary adjustments for continuous improvement.
Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including department heads, HR business partners, and external training providers, to ensure alignment and support for learning initiatives.
Leadership Development: Design and implement leadership development programs to identify and nurture talent at all levels of the organization.
Change Management: Support organizational change initiatives by developing and delivering learning interventions that facilitate employee adaptation and skill development.
Technology Integration: Stay abreast of emerging learning technologies and trends, and leverage technology solutions to enhance learning experiences and increase accessibility.
Compliance and Regulatory Requirements: Ensure all learning and development activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Budget Management: Develop and manage the learning and development budget, optimizing resources to achieve maximum impact and ROI.
